Miki has over 20 years’ experience in HR and Organizational Development (OD) acting as a Strategic Partner to Executives on all things people development, such as, employee growth, talent management, and culture enhancement. She is Certified T&D Professional (CTDP); has a Master of Social Work from University of Toronto specialized in individual and community development; Organizational Development training from Queens University; HR management training from Sheridan and Humber Colleges; a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training and Development from York University’s Schulich School of Business; and numerous other certificates related to individual, organizational, and cultural assessments and enhancements.
Miki’s primary mode of operating is to partner with business owners to implement practical HR/OD action plans that lead to rich workplaces that attract, retain, engage, and grow both employees and the business!
