I found the whole day very useful. The opportunity to learn from others, who face the same challenges as I, is always useful. With a reasonably open mind, one cannot help but learn and be inspired by something that is discussed during a day like that.

Although I am not a rigorous note taker, I did make a few notes that will help drive my business in the right direction.
