David is an experienced facilitator and coach of leadership principles that build leadership competency, resulting in stronger employee commitment and performance. David has a particular focus on: leading virtual teams; providing feedback that "lands"; and performance conversations involving confrontation or conflict.
David has helped senior HR Leadership roles with Loblaw Companies, Shoppers Drug Mart and Big V Pharmacies. He teaches Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Planning part-time at Seneca College.
David has earned the Certified Human Resources Professional Leader (CHRL) designation and has the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
