Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in training and coaching and has designed and conducted programs on leadership, customer centricity, communications, team-building, conflict resolution, sales, negotiation, style awareness and interviewing. Cheryl has a BA from The Pennsylvania State University and HR and training certificates from The University of Toronto. She is Seminar Director with The McQuaig Institute which offers assessment tools and training to support the talent management process. Cheryl is also a Director of The Experion Group, a consortium of senior specialists providing business services to clients.
